Situated on the world of Nexine*, Namoehane Bay is a resort nestled against the steep slopes of an extinct volcano. The bay itself is a tropical paradise, with decreased humidity due to constant winds, mostly blocked by the tall mountain but enough to filter the air. The resort is both on the shores and deep into the shallow lagoons of the bay. It is staffed by both humans and uplifted dolphins. Namoehane Bay is a TL 12 island on a less developed world, serving the rich who travel from as far away as Mora and Trin.

The resort is a combination of rustic island feel, with all the TL 12 amenities. Clubs on shore provide every extravagance, including companion staff and autodocs to help with a night of indulgence. Nexine's location and its atmosphere lowers the exposure to UV rays, making days in the sun much safer than Terra.

Guests can take on as much, or as little of the social life as they desire. This can be a place of peace as well as of party.
