Felsha female half-elf came to the Tribunes to advocate on behalf of New Towne’s behalf, after failing with the Lotheeds. and anyone else who will listen. Felsha says she is to be an adventurer from Cassomir who was passing through the county and was attacked by unknown assailants, only to be nursed back to health in the hut of a New Towne woman she , Grandmother. She obtained their help, and the Tribunes even paid in materials and gold to help restore Jambis.

Felsha then came to advocate on behalf of Portimer of Stachys and the accused Telus bandits. She made impassioned pleas for Portimer, condemning the system and the rules that favor nobles over starving commoners. The crowd was well with her in the arguments, putting the Tribunes into a difficult spot. The next day, she was as impassioned, but the horror of feeding live people, even those from outside the county, to a Ettercap was too much for the commoners to sign of too. 
Felsha has remained in Stachys after the trial for a bit.
